I have been coming to Oriental for years, on average it is a great Chinese dining experience. Lunches are probably my most popular time to eat there.They are very consistant with most of their dishes; i.e. Sesame CHicken, General Tso's chicken, Hunan pork, Szechuan Beef. I must try some of the other recommendations I have read about here!They do have the best Crab Rangoon in town and the egg rolls were excellent last night! I like the five spice, otherwise its just deep-fried coleslaw.

I have eaten here twice-once for takeout, which was absolutely amazing, and once I got delivery. The first time was so good. We had the salt and pepper squid and the pad thai. The salt and pepper squid was battered and fried perfectly, tender, with no hint of rubberiness that comes from improperly cooked squid. It was a golden brown, and full of flavor-ginger, jalapenos, and garlic. Seriously one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. The pad thai was solid. Not the best I've ever had, but quite good. I was excited to simply find pad thai in St. Joseph! I so miss KC's plethora of good Asian food.The second time, the delivery was a pretty poor experience...I ordered the salt and pepper squid again. It's completely different than it was two weeks ago. The squid is rubbery, the batter is greasy and very light in color, and there is little to no flavor. Very disappointed, we ended up throwing it away. It also took over an hour for the delivery to arrive, and the order wasn't correct, but there was nothing they could do about it because they had already closed. I ordered food at 9:20, and the food showed up about 10:45, cold, and wrong. Not impressed. I'm not sure what the discrepancy in quality is from, but I may try them again. It's hard to find good Asian food in St. Joseph.

The food is magnificent! I got delivery, and it was timely and the delivery man was friendly. The egg rolls were just a little greasy, but the filling was SO good that I couldn't get enough! TOTALLY worth the $15 delivery cap.?

Although the sign for this restaurant is barely noticeable on the Belt Highway, you are really missing out if you fail to make the effort to find it. The name is an understatement. This restaurant is... ...?

I never actually got my food here. I called and attempted, but you must have a $15.00 minimum order. It seemed very high- most other places, minimum delivery is $8.00.I cannot comment on the quality of their food due to this-but the lady ...?

i've ate at alot of of oriental restaurants all over the United States and this is by far my favorite. I've also grown up on it. My whole family loves it. Never ever change the food!
